First national tour of the reformed Adam and the Ants. A group of us met in The Shady Lady pub on Oxford Road (whatever happened to that pub. It was my regular hangout playing pool downstairs on a saturday).
Turned up early to the Poly and got Adam & Co. to sign my copy of Dirk. This was way before he became a 'Dandy Highwayman' and lost his cool.
