Sold out show. A joint promo with Charabanc and Mr Kite. We had 300 people and the band didn't show up. There had been a suicide on the M6 and they didn't arrive until 9pm. To their credit they loaded in through a packed venue, set up and soundchecked with no fuss. Absolute Professionals. An amazing night although my nerves were frazzled at the thought I might have to do 300 refunds.
