Artefact

Photograph
Joy Division
1979

A very poor attempt to recreate a seminal photograph, which I think Corbin took, featuring Joy Division pictured lined up by an archway. We had to make do with the archway opp Victoria Station nr Chethams.

However the saving grace could be the poster on the righthand side which is advertising the Concert for Liberation which was held at the Kings Hall at Belle Vue which featured Public Image Limited and Linton Kwesi Johnson
