Sporting the hat that Rockette Morton wore on that years tour of the UK by The Magic Band (forwarded to me by Roddy Gilliard of The Muffin Men who had been driving his heroes around the country) the real star of this picture is that essential piece of band gear - the mike stand glass holder, as presented to the band by Pete Gallagher, guitarist extraordinaire.
