This could possibly be the 50th anniversary dinner of the Northern School of Music in 1970, with many of its staff and alumni. They celebrated it in a few ways - a thanksgiving service at St Ann's church in the city centre and then a lunch at the Midland Hotel. Does anyone recognise the space? Could it be the Midland?
