Inspiral Carpets
G-MEX
1990

Found this in an Inspirals record sleeve - the reverse plugs the GMex gig, was that 89 or 90?

It seemed there was lot of money to be made in Tshirts in those days!!

Famously there was the guy down south somewhere arrested for wearing one of the band's Cool as F*** shirts. (This was some years pre fcuk!)

“i never saw anyone wearing that dancing cows shirt! nor the cow pattern one either come to think of it... although yes, there is a lot of money to be made from shirts (and other merch) you have to be careful. it's also easy to loose a lot of money. some designs become classics and sought after, some disappear into a black merch-hole.”
