Paulette is an internationally renowned DJ who cut her teeth on Manchester’s queer scene, holding residencies at the Number One Club and Flesh at the Haçienda in the early 90s. She’s pictured here at Paradise Factory – a three-storey queer club in the former offices of Factory Records.

This image featured in the MDMA exhibition 'Queer Noise' at People's History Museum in 2017.
