A lovely catch up between Hilda Collens and Hubert Harry, teacher and pupil, in 1946. There's a Harvest Festival which sounds jolly good fun and then a possibly optimistic but slightly onerous message that she's written to the Ministry of Labour about his progress in his studies in Switzerland.
