Who knows Lapwing Lane in Didsbury? This was the location of the Carroll family home, influential educators in Greater Manchester. In this postcard, Elsa Mary Carroll (1898-1993, founder of the Withington Girl Guide Company) writes to a close family friend Daisy Cousins.
