Mugwumps demo tape cover.. We sold these at gigs or gave them to places we wanted to play at..We started of as a kind of poor mans Public Image. Did our first gig in the Boars Head in Stockport Marketplace but upset the landlord even though we had decided not to do the fire blowing bit that night...threatened to pull the plug on us and I vowed never to go there again as long as he had the pub,which was tough on me as it had the cheapest beer in Stockport at the time..Bastard owned it for about 9 years but I avoided the place for all that time. They stopped putting bands on a few years back which is a shame as it was a good venue.. Jamie had to go for everyones sake and we became sort of a mutant Space Rock band for a couple of years and did some recording in London and at Manchesters Jerusalem Studios where we took part in some sort of world record breaking attempt to record 50 bands in 24hrs....
