After the Basement closed, this was moved to The Nigeria Centre (Appleby House, Platt Lane). I think it was in a large basement room, which was fantastic, although there was probably a reason no other gigs have been booked there since that I'm unaware of.

Apparently I watched:
Jean Genet - shouty party band with nipple tape from Leeds
Lake Me - heavy guitar and drums 2-piece from Newcastle, sweet pop songs but almost as if they had some Lungfish DNA in there
Unpleasants - one of the ex-Canvas folk playing keyboards
Vol D'nuit - Rosie from Newcastle, whispered folky epics on amplified acoustic guitar
