These are shots by Ursula 'Mancky' of our 'Sit Down and Listen To This! night celebrating the legacy of Roger Eagle and The Twisted Wheel. The night was held at the soon-to-be demolished Legends club, which in days gone by was also: The Twisted Wheel's second home; Placemate 7, Rockies, The State, Chains and more. The venue was a fulcrum of the gay scene from the mid-80s onwards.

The speakers at our event were: Bernie Connor, Roger Fairhurst, CP Lee, Elliot Rashman and Bill Sykes.

Needless to say, the site is now a budget hotel.
