Advert
New Order
1984

An advert from NME for what seemed like New Order's first actual tour of the UK. Previous to this, live dates were more of a series of one-offs than a tour.

“i went to the margate gig and i seem to remember it wasn't that busy. great tho.”
“A great tour, with one extra date added on that doesn't feature on this poster, Heaven in London on Monday 27th August. They also did the BBC TV "Rock Around The Clock" appearance on the Saturday between St Austell and Portsmouth. By this stage, half of Low Life was being played on a regular basis, and the lyrical content of Face Up was getting more bizarre by the day!”
