As part of their 4th Anniversary Special, the cover of the April, 1989 issue of Spin magazine declared: "The Greatest Records of All Time". Manchester was represented in this Top 25 list by The Smiths with The Queen Is Dead at #4 and New Order at #10 with Low-life. Nico's 1967 collaboration with The Velvet Underground was placed at #18.
