Joy Division and Dexy's! A strange double header if ever there was, although I'm sure you could find some common ground through Northern Soul territory.

This is taken from "JD &NO - A History in Cuttings 1979-83" an uncredited fan's extensive photocopy job. I think they cut the Dexy's paragraph out thereby causing some confusion!!

Ironic that, in some senses, Dexy's went rather further "into the 80's" than Joy Division.
