Aaron Starkie of The Slow Readers Club performing an acoustic set along with Kurt Starkie (not pictured) as part of Sound Control's Bowie tribute night 'Sound Control to Major Tom'. The event saw 34 bands and DJs play short sets throughout the afternoon and evening, with proceeds from the gig going to the Christie Hospital. Slow Readers played a mix of their own songs as well as covers of Bowie's Sorrow, God Knows I'm Good and Life on Mars.
