This is the tour itinery book given to each band member for the Happy Mondays tour of the United States in 1990, famously documented in the Call The Cops video. The booklet details the whole trip including flight numbers, hotels the band were to stay in, days off, contact numbers for each venue, days put aside for recording etc. Not that Shaun would stick to any of it of course! :o)
