“OK, I've now commented on this in three places so I am getting boring, but in September 1981 I had just started at the University and this was about the time I first visited the shop. At this time is was not run by George Davenport. According to the links other commentators have made he took over in the mid 80s. I would have put it slightly earlier than that. Other websites I have visited suggest Pandemonium may have had links to other shops with that name.”
