I went to see frank and his big band with my wife Julia, she bumped into someone on the way to the toilets and told him how much he looked like Mick Hucknell from Simply Red, to her later embaressment he sat next to us and it was indeed him. He signed this flyer for her "To julia...Dear Frank lose the band...Simply Mick, (I think). After chatting to him he admitted to being a Frank Sidebottom fan but didnt care for the big band he was with that night. manchesters a strange place sometimes.Mick was a really nice bloke , very pleasent to talk to, not in the slightest bit a star!
