This is an ad from the Melody Maker Year Book and Diary for 1978. Steve foley's original studio was in Sale before moving to Chorlton sometime later.

“Great Studio. Often had local reggae bands from Moss Side (Harlem Spirit?) recording there.

I worked there for a while on reception 1981ish and met ITV / BBC engineer Paul Harrison and on accounts Christine Bruton (both who later worked at Yellow Two and Strawberry)
