August Bank Holiday 1984 another great Stockport Pub ,The Three Tuns, at Portwood no longer with us.A festival was held in the adjacent car park,lots of local bands played that day.It coincided with Britain being lashed by the tail end of Hurricane Charlie resulting in high winds and a constant downpour of torrential rain..we managed to capture most of our set which was videoed from the sanctuary of a car(thanks Karen)...this bit of footage features the late great Dave Moss guesting on Tenor Saxophone.....It was quite an eventful day and a good send off for a fine pub......
