never made it to this, despite buying a ticket and the theme -hulme and the DIY music culture -being close to my heart. founded by Ruth Daniel and Jeff Thompson, Un-Convention is a multi-venue event consisting of music and discussion (see website below for a better description).

i've uploaded the flyer as i love the design, i think by Dan Soulsmith, referencing the glossy sci-fi/fantasy-themed early 90s rave flyers with obligatory perspective-y grid pattern. see also the liberty's one i just uploaded, any Amnesia House/Universe/Big Rave flyer from that period when they had to outdo each other with lists of technical specifications and increasingly esoteric lighting effects -"flower strobes...golden scans..."
