This is a 1989 demo tape track which someone has kindly woven into a video using pictures of many of the different line up's,

The track was done on a 4 track porta 02 tape machine in a bedroom in waynes parents house. The drums are actually a Kawai K2 drum machine, and it was a first attempt at programming them, but it seemed to turn out okay. it was only a demo after all. Dave had no problem playing the double bass drums live, in fact sometimes he played them faster than the demo, though he did admit once or twice that he would get cramps during some of the gigs, not surprised really, doing that kind of stuff for 1.5 hours would make anything ache.

The track is called "Cast in the fire" and was performed live by the Amethyst Mk5 line up
